Event overview
This presentation will highlight key issues around funding, land assembly and masterplanning, which all require effective relationships to be built between the public and private sectors, and will evaluate how well this has been achieved in different contexts. Emphasis will be placed on what Scotland can learn from experience elsewhere, especially on how to create better designed places that are financially successful.
